Nightfall Charactetr in Kryta - Guild Wars Forums

I have 9 characters in all, across the 3 campaigns. Seven of them are from Kryta and once they have travelled to Elona they can get lots and lost of quests. My 2 Elonians characters on the other hand have reached level 20 in Elona and have now travelled to Kryta, but, to my surprise AND disappointment they cannot get a single quest, (Tydus and other NPCs are too busy to pay them any attention). I can do missions on my own but not quests, why is that?

What is the use of buying Nightfall and then Prophecies if my Nightfalls characters cannot enjoy the same game play in Kryta as my Krytan characters do when they travel to Elona? Am I missing something here? Is there a way to do it?

If your looking for all the free skills, you have to start prophecies from the begining. Canthan and Elonian characters have to pay for skills as they are coming into the continent in the middle of Kryta. Wouldnt make sence to bring your level 20 character into the begining of the game, as you would be an imballance to the others around you. If you want all the free skills, start a character in prophecies, and follow the story line the way the games came out. Think its just a ballance issue. Plus the other two campaigns will make alot more sence, its like star wars...your watching episode 4, 5 and six, before seeing 1, 2 and 3.

Tyria (what you call Kryta) characters going to Nightfall can't do the quests either on noob island (just a few to get off the island). Same as Nightfall characters coming over to Tyria, you can do all the quests from Lion's Arch on forward, can't go backward to the lower areas and do the quests, only the missions.
